I asked how much something was per size... so instead of reading for comprehension and answering the question, they told me what size I asked for and what type of paper they offer to print it on and it in color... NOT what I asked. I will take my business else where, especially if they cannot read for comprehension... makes you wonder how poor the end product is!

Needed to print large posters for work and called ahead to confirm that they would be able to make the print. The woman I talked to on the phone was not very helpful. Made it seem like I was wasting her time. Originally I thought she might have been busy with other customers but when I came in to order prints, the same attitude returned. I felt unwelcome and like I was wasting her time as opposed to bringing business. I was told the print would take an hour and that I would receive a call when they finished.
