Wanted to share a great experience and a wonderful dentist AND office! Let me start by saying the level of professionalism and kindness is more than you could ask for. I’ve had 2 different dentist in the 30 years I’ve lived in Tulsa/Broken Arrow before I came to this office and I will never leave this office. Just saw Dr. Holleman for a checkup and like always she was very thorough! Only doctor I completely trust with any treatment needed. Plus Jodie and Amanda are always great with finding an appointment that fits my schedule. Lynn Lane Family Dentistry is always on point with a 10/10 experience.
I had a disappointing experience trying to make an appointment. This was not my first attempt, and unfortunately the experience was consistent. The front desk staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and came across as hostile. I have Delta Dental insurance, and instead of attempting to verify my coverage or explain next steps, I was told she couldn’t help me. I have been seeing Dr. Holleman for 7 years now and I could not be more pleased. I have had dental anxiety in the past, but the team at Lynn Lane Family Dentistry have always been gentle and respectful, helping ease my mind. I appreciate the personalized touch they provide. The staff know me by name and Dr. Holleman will reach out with a follow up phone call to make sure everything has gone well post treatment. I’d honestly give more stars if I could!
I have never been a fan of dentist offices so I have neglected my teeth over the years. After going only in emergency situations, I decided to get ahead of my teeth issues. I had a coworker recommend Lynn Lane family dentistry so I made appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist and staff. They got me back pretty quick.
