When my upstairs neighbor's sink leaked into my condo, I was really glad that I had insurance. I didn't have a clue who to call, but my insurance company did. They recommended Lyon Restoration. The Lyon team showed up within a couple of hours of my call with all of the tools, supplies and equipment that was required. the companies owner is totally unresponsive. their bidding was faulty causing delays and more costs their employees did not do the work of repair totally their employees lost articles that needed to be kept in the unit being repaired they did not follow thru on dates and times promised
