Mixed review as Simone was incredibly quick and efficient when it came to our case. She kept us well updated and felt very at ease in her hands. Unfortunately we were then passed over to a completions team which was an absolute shambles. Best firm of solicitors I've used. My team spotted something just before exchange of contract, ( Subsidence in place we we buying, nobody had told us about inc estate agent!!) We pulled out and they ticked abortive fee box so only ended up losing £60. I will forever be grateful to Lyons Bowe for saving me a lot of heartache and cost.
