I took the opportunity to do a new Will, using the October free wills week. Lyons-Bowe was on the suggested list. Having looked online to find out more about the firm , I approached them. The service I received was first class. Communication, via phone and email , discussing my Will in the office, to finalising the Will. Everything clearly explained during each step. I fully recommend Lyons-Bowe, based on my experience.
I took the decision to use the free will writing service from the Alzheimer's Society, and decided to use Lyons Bowe as they have an office near to me. Everything from the initial contact with them to arranging a face to face appointment was straightforward, and they were happy to answer any questions that I had. When I visited their office to draft my will all the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was all achieved without any fuss or anxiety. I would highly recommend them.
