I had a completely seamless experience writing my Will with Lyons Bowe. They were quick to respond to my initial request and were happy to adapt their approach after some additional clarifications from my end. The actual Will-writing information gathering process took about 20 minutes over a Microsoft Teams call and felt very straightforward. As I didn’t have access to a printer, they also kindly offered to print my Will at their Bristol office and witness it for me there and then, which saved me a great deal of hassle.
We bought a house through Lyons Bowe 5 years ago after being recommended via our agent. All seemed ok, it was a pretty basic transaction. We've now sold said property to find things being missed during our process. Luckily we've used another conveyancer this time.
