I had a really good experience with Lyons Bowe selling my flat with Lauren Cray as the conveyancer. The onboarding process was made very easy, and the fees were reasonable. But above all the communication from Lauren was really good, and she made sure everything was done as soon as possible, despite some delays caused by the buyer's solicitors. I would definitely use Lyons Bowe again.
Lyons Bowe have remained consistent throughout the whole process. We lost our first buyer after 12 weeks, everything with Lyons Bowe was frozen for 3 weeks, whilst we found a new buyer. The process just started again with ease as they already had so much information. Amazing experience with these guys was actually nearly a year ago now ! I had a probate journey actually and as my second experience of one the first didn’t work out so wasn’t holding my breath on the second ! It went so smooth and fast I think I may have been able to hold my breath.
