Our sale was simple - Vacant possession and no onward purchase. From start to finish (twice as our first sale fell through) Lyon’s Bowe were good. There wasn’t much info about the aborted sale and the insurance cover for this and I had to ask what had happened to our first up front payment but apart from that it was a very good service. Would recommend and use them again :-)

We are selling a property & chose Lyons Bowes once again as we bought a house using there services which was great. After the form was submitted to the buyers solicitors we recieved back quiet alot of questions & clarifications on the property.
