We are selling a property & chose Lyons Bowes once again as we bought a house using there services which was great. After the form was submitted to the buyers solicitors we recieved back quiet alot of questions & clarifications on the property. I had a really good experience with Lyons Bowe selling my flat with Lauren Cray as the conveyancer. The onboarding process was made very easy, and the fees were reasonable. But above all the communication from Lauren was really good, and she made sure everything was done as soon as possible, despite some delays caused by the buyer's solicitors. I would definitely use Lyons Bowe again.
