I could not recommend Lyons Bowe enough. We're first time buyers so this is all a very new experience for us and we've heard some horror stories about how solicitors can drag the process out or are hard to get hold of. The whole team at Lyon’s Bowe are fabulous, they’re really attentive and explain everything in such detail, whilst making it so understandable. Our case handlers Holly Inglis, Sian Sheppard and Naduni Fonseka were especially brilliant, and have really made this process so much easier and simpler. It especially is so helpful that whilst any of our main case handlers were out of business our case was maintained by their fab colleagues. 10/10!!

Brilliant solicitors. I used Lyon’s Bowe to purchase my house in 2025. They have a really handy app that shows all the stages of a purchase, and I especially loved the moving van icon getting closer to the house. Really seamless process with them, they have different teams for each stages so you feel like you always have an expert on the case each step of the way, and I didn’t need to chase. Also, there were no hidden fees! Would highly recommend and I doubt I’d use any other solicitors in future.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this firm. The process is clearly well-managed; my file (handled by Megan Payne) moved instantly from receiving the draft contract to ordering our searches. They use a great app to help guide you through the process, which makes tracking the progress simple and transparent. A truly proactive and well-processed approach to conveyancing!
