The process is clearly well-managed; my file (handled by Megan Payne) moved instantly from receiving the draft contract to ordering our searches. They use a great app to help guide you through the process, which makes tracking the progress simple and transparent. A truly proactive and well-processed approach to conveyancing!

Received all the sales documents in good time and Lauren has passed on the process to the completions team in a very efficient manner. Abi in the completions has processed the exchange and completion in a very speedy way, making this one of the fastest purchases i have experienced. Very satisfied with Lyons Bowe, and would totally recommend.

We recently sold our house using Lyone Bowe Solicitors and it was a really great experience. I found the app for seeing progress on sales and for doing the required documents and forms really helpful.
