Brilliant solicitors. I used Lyon’s Bowe to purchase my house in 2025. They have a really handy app that shows all the stages of a purchase, and I especially loved the moving van icon getting closer to the house. Really seamless process with them, they have different teams for each stages so you feel like you always have an expert on the case each step of the way, and I didn’t need to chase. Also, there were no hidden fees! Would highly recommend and I doubt I’d use any other solicitors in future.
We have had a really great experience using Lyon's Bowe solicitors when purchasing our first home. Attempted to use Lyon’s Bowe for a recent house purchase. As my partner and I are first time buyers, we made this very clear to them. We explicitly stated we needed an abortive pledge fee, which we purchased off of them. Lyon’s Bowe then sent a very casual email one Friday evening, only asking ‘can we please start the searches’.
