Macy was my New Instructions Legal Assistant who helped to set up my file before handing me over to the Legal Team. Macy was excellent in every regard and always responded very quickly (most of the time within minutes). Even when Macy was on leave, she had arranged for another member of the team to monitor her inbox, so my queries were still answered. Hopefully the same can be said for the Legal Team... we shall see!!

After putting off writing a will for years thinking it was going to be a hard process, Lyons and Bowe made it painless. All the people we spoke to from first enquiry to signing our Wills were friendly and helpful. Everything was well explained and the communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend.
