This was our first timing having to both sell and buy. Lyons Bowe were very helpful with explaining everything. Most of their communication was good and the majority happily answered the millions of questions we had - I do think during there could have been more chasing during the enquiries. Jada was amazing when it came to exchange and completion, especially as it was not always made easy by external factors. She worked extremely hard for us.

A great start to the legal aspects of our house sale. Great staff, good communications and everyone pushing things along at a good pace. Highly recommended. I cannot thank enough, Vanessa, Jada and Ella for helping to make a smooth transition from our old home to our new home. They were so prompt, and always got back to me as soon as they could with updates and any of my queries. It was quite a personal experience, listening to my needs and worries!
