I cannot thank enough, Vanessa, Jada and Ella for helping to make a smooth transition from our old home to our new home. They were so prompt, and always got back to me as soon as they could with updates and any of my queries. It was quite a personal experience, listening to my needs and worries! Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. Communication throughout was very poor — emails were vague, instructions unclear, and as first-time buyers we often felt unsure about what we needed to do. We didn’t feel reassured or properly guided by the team Important information was regularly missing from key emails, which meant a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth just to get basic clarity. We are delighted with the team at Lyons Bowe who have gone above and beyond with assisting us in what was a very convoluted and complex buying/selling process we found ourselves in.
