Have recently been guided through the selling and buying process by Shanice and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. Macy Box has been very helpful with the onboarding of my details for my property purchase. An unrelated note: The app has been a bit awkward in not allowing you to see a message that may have been sent, but it does Alert you to some kind of account action. I've then needed to wait for the following email. But so far so good with Lyons Bowe 👍🏻
Lyons Bowe service has been great. The app was fab and communications via email were quick and clear. The journey plan allowed us to manage our own expectations, but honestly, they exceeded in all areas. The whole team gave an impeccable service. Thoroughly recommend.
Unfortunately it was a terrible experience from start to finish with Lyons Bowe Solicitors and I would not recommend working with them to purchase a property. For each stage of the process there was a new point of contact which unfortunately led to a loss of communication, errors in documentation, unnecessary delays and poor correspondence which unfortunately cost us unnecessary stress and additional funds. Initially the speed and ease of contact was excellent. There were a few teething troubles with contact once the legal team were assigned but they were soon ironed out and from then on I had absolutely no complaints. Queries were dealt with swiftly and the team were very helpful and professional. Highly recommended. I will definitely use Lions Bowe again in the future.
