We were recommended Lyons Bowe for our conveyancing and would happily recommend them to others. Eleanor was extremely thorough and efficient in the early stages, giving us confidence everything was being handled properly. Faine then managed the majority of the process towards completion, doing an excellent job handling tight deadlines and changing circumstances. Despite some moving goalposts, everything was handled professionally and completion day was seamless. A great service overall.
Would definitely use Lyons Bowe again. Maddie Coles dealt with our completion (selling our flat and buying another property) and she was great. The other side solicitors were awful to get hold of, but Maddie was very communicative and fought our battles well - we barely had to lift a finger. Have recently been guided through the selling and buying process by Shanice and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. Initially the speed and ease of contact was excellent. There were a few teething troubles with contact once the legal team were assigned but they were soon ironed out and from then on I had absolutely no complaints. Queries were dealt with swiftly and the team were very helpful and professional. Highly recommended. I will definitely use Lions Bowe again in the future.
