Overall Pretty Good The work was good my only recommendation was a bit more communication from the time the contract was signed to work start. It was almost 6 weeks lead-time and I had to initiate contact for start. I thought there could have been more communication from their staff whether from rep or office- between the times my deposit was given to the time the crew was to start. Good Efficient Job Facing some leaks, I chose Lyons because of the rep and the professional presentation. They did a good efficient job.

My fear in choosing a contractor was finding a “knowledgeable” contractor that I could trust to follow through on their commitment. The Project specialist gave me a complete proposal- spent the time necessary to answer ALL my questions, sat down with me to explain the proposal and did not try to “sell up”- actually mentioned “If it were my house- he would”. All their employees- from the top to the guys loading the roof were responsible and courteous- very much appreciated.

Everything Worked out Great! I was recommended to Lyons by Scott Roofing after they felt that most of the roof was still ok. Everything worked out great! No complaints. Hard workers. Very neat and professional. Will use this company again.

I chose Lyons because the salesperson seemed very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. They delivered as promised. I hope they maintain the excellent work that they did on my roof.

Great Local Business I chose Lyons Roofing based on good opinions from former customers, because they are a local business for several years and they gave me the general impression of honesty and competence. Having been ripped off by several other contractors in recent years, Lyons made a refreshing change. I noted that a few extra minor items were corrected without comment. Everyone did a very good job.

I chose Lyons because they are the only contractor to offer a 5 star CertainTeed warranty. They did a good job-but I was disappointed that I was told they did not order enough shingles to receive the left over extra shingles as promised during the original presentation.

Craig was a real advocate for me. The clean up/take off supervisor was also really thorough, complete, and funny. I would definitely do business with them again.
