Lyons started and completed the job on schedule. From the proposal estimate to the work in progress through the final cleanup the work crew was knowledgeable and demonstrated care and attention to detail. ***********************, the Production Manager, was onsite every day as was ***, the Work Supervisor. Lyons Roofing impressed me from start to finish. All people involved in giving me a new tile roof were amazing. The project specialist, *****, the project manager, ****, and all the hands on workers were fantastic. The first day 2 workers came to start the project and **** introduced himself and explained what I can expect. Day 2 and 3, 5 hard workers showed up and worked hours non-stop to complete the job. Excellent service and communication.Only wish they could have completed the repair work sooner and found an exact match for our discontinued roof tile. On the plus side, that means they are busy.

From the salesman to the project manager, they informed me of everything going on. If I had an issue, it was taken care of right away. I could always reach the project manager if I needed to speak with him. I am very pleased with the job they did.
