I've had replaced three roofs with Lyons Roofing, and I must say, they've been exceptional to work with. Their honesty, accessibility, and punctuality are commendable, not to mention their excellent communication throughout the process. We just had a new roof done by Lyon's Roofing. They weren't the least expensive but our salesman, John, was far more knowledgeable than the other roofing companies we got quotes from. The project manager and roofers did quality work. The only problem we had was with the billing department. We had to spend several days and several invoices to get the actual contract price and credits correct.

My 1st red flag was there is no phone # listed for this company. You leave info online for someone to call you. Save all contacts/phone # because communication within this company is very poor. Jeremy came to do an estimate. Less than 1 week later I called him back and he no longer worked there. I had to wait several more weeks before someone else came out to do another estimate and write a contract. I paid my down payment and was then told there was a 3-4 month wait. Highly recommend Lyons, they did a great job with our foam/flat roof replacement. Rick's customer services skills are amazing, he is an asset to the company and someone everyone in Phx who needs roof work done should ask to support their project. Thank you Rick & the Lyon's team.
