A pre-op appointment for a colonoscopy is never an exciting prospect, but Dr Hines made it a much more pleasant experience than I had imagined! He was personable, informal and amusing, whilst being unfailingly professional and reassuring. The impending colonoscopy hold far fewer terrors no!
Dr. Hines is very easy to talk to (he listens) and does not demand extra tests if they are not needed. He is professional in his manner and clear with his explanations. I would highly recommend him. A written course of action is given to you as you leave the office.
I found Dr Hines to be very thorough in addressing my concerns after a recent E.R. visit. He seems to be a very knowledgeable and caring Dr.
Everyone from the front desk staff the the nurses and doctor were great.
I would like to thank Dr Hines for his excellent care and concern for my 94 year old mother Betty. He went above and beyond in his treatment of her. Thank you.
