I'm 80 years old and have a terminal illness. I wanted to move on from Mulcahy & Co now MGroup and unfortunately I am being taken through a legal process for invoices never received. Very stressful time and am extremely disappointed how I have been treated.
Have been using MGroup (formerly Mulcahy and co) for accounting for over 15 years and have always had great knowledge, service and expertise, particularly from Mark and Jasmine.
I have been a customer of Mulcahy & Co Ballarat going on 14 years. They are truely a company & group of people that genuinely care about customers and service. From day one they have gone the extra mile. Not many will be able to compete with them. Their care factor, quality of customer service, communication and overall professionalism is of the highest standards. They will go the extra mile and if they say they care, they mean it. Cant recommend anyone else. Wish other businesses would adopt their business model.
