I really can't say about about Brett and the service department. They truly listen and have the customers best interest in mind. The technicians are extremely thorough as well as skilled and knowledgeable. This is my first jetboat and there is certainly a learning curve. Brett has made it way too easy and stress-free. I had a really disappointing experience at this marine sports store. I walked in excited to find some gear, but unfortunately, my visit was marred by poor customer service from the owner, Ian. Initially, the salesperson was helpful and we even agreed on a deal that I was happy with. However, when Ian stepped in, everything changed. Aaron and the team at M2O Marine were absolutely amazing to work with! They made us feel like family as soon as we walked into the dealership.
