Erica did my ultrasound today for my baby’s biophysical profile and she was very sweet and kept me informed on everything that was going on as she was doing the ultrasound. Informative and friendly 10/10! 🥰❤️

hire a new operator i had to convincer her to put me through u gave her an extension i was looking to be connected to for a specific office and she was acting like it didn’t exist, dial my numbers into the phone goodness gracious
This place is never on time. Never calling the patient on time. They need to be faster!
The student doctors are okay but I called trying to get my 1 year old tested for Covid, they took 6hours to call me back and unfortunately I wasn’t able to answer so I called back Sabrina said they were going to call me back again… I asked why and she said that’s what the nurse said and I said the nurse to call back and schedule at this number and she said again slower the nurse said, I hate having state insurance Bc you only have crappy options to choose from and it seems like it’s always the receptionist with the attitude ... read more
