The student doctors are okay but I called trying to get my 1 year old tested for Covid, they took 6hours to call me back and unfortunately I wasn’t able to answer so I called back Sabrina said they were going to call me back again… I asked why and she said that’s what the nurse said and I said the nurse to call back and schedule at this number and she said again slower the nurse said, I hate having state insurance Bc you only have crappy options to choose from and it seems like it’s always the receptionist with the attitude ... read more
If you can, the best approach is to Avoid this Hospital at all costs. The wait time, service & quality is below standard. There are much better hospitals with better service, care & bedside manner that will help you. It is a shame, but an honest assessment of this Hospital.
After 25 years with my Doctor, she retired and I had to find another Doctor. I scheduled my first appointment with my new Doctor here at MacNeal Family Practice and I couldn’t be more happier. Dr. Merrill and her entire staff are amazing. Very professional and extremely supportive, and friendly. I’m so glad that I’ve been able to find a place where I can feel comfortable with. Thank you to the entire staff. I highly appreciate you all.
When calling the office it's always a hassle with the operators always being rude and cold transferring to the wrong dept. Not just that but today Jackie at registration was rude compared to how she greeted the next patient after me. She looked bothered to even call me to the registration window she just gave me a paper and didn't tell me what was next, or which area to sit and wait. It's a shame to say that the professionals here are even called Drs. I have been a patient of Dr Jordans since she took over PCC in WestLake Hospital. It's unfortunate that these Residents have no idea of what there doing when it comes to treating patients or patient care. Even more unfortunate that the Attending Drs could care just as less.
