The worse clinic, I arrived 20 minutes to my appointment to make sure I was there with time however 30 minutes past and I asked if I was going be seeing they said yes just wait after an hour I asked and they said yes you’re going to be seeing 1 hour and 30 mins past and the receptionist said I’m sorry I didn’t checked you in you have to wait for a while, now I’m late to work, Ramon keept on saying you just have to wait, there’s nothing I can do if they don’t call you oh well. I want to express my appreciation for Asia's professionalism and her excellent draw. As a fellow phlebotomist, I truly recognize her skills. However, I need to address a significant concern regarding my visit to this location for blood work. This was my second time here, and the main young lady who usually draws blood consistently has a frown on her face, which is off-putting. BUILDING C OUTPATIENT LAB: The ladies working at the outpatient lab were rude. Clearly there are elderly patients and made them wait outside while they wait for their ride. My grandpa cannot be standing because of his knee. It’s not like the lab waiting area was packed and we weren’t going to wait there all day. We were sitting for 3 minutes. You could tell they are prejudice with their snarky comments.
I was told my insurance was accepted, it's not. Now I owe over $5,000 because they lied to me. Go here if you want to become homeless.
I went in the other day for stomach problems. Macneal hospital sent me there(which i love MacNeal hospital). After entering room there was a sign on the wall that said no cell phones in room(it is not a room with any type of devices in which a cell phone can alter). Micheal Bresnaham seen me with complete unprofessionalism. He knew nothing about my life but insisted my wifes life with our kids is more important to than mine.
