Been coming here for quite some time & I love the staff, very nice people and organized. HOWEVER, there is a clear sign at the parking lot that says that the lot is “NO EMPLOYEE PARKING” but every visit I see more staff than patients leaving / entering their vehicles. If they are would fix this so that patients can park in the patient parking lot and have easier access and not have to go around the block to find parking every visit it would be great.
The worse clinic, I arrived 20 minutes to my appointment to make sure I was there with time however 30 minutes past and I asked if I was going be seeing they said yes just wait after an hour I asked and they said yes you’re going to be seeing 1 hour and 30 mins past and the receptionist said I’m sorry I didn’t checked you in you have to wait for a while, now I’m late to work, Ramon keept on saying you just have to wait, there’s nothing I can do if they don’t call you oh well. They use insurance to cover things you dont ask, you going for a Physical they charge you for other things, the ladies say they dont know nothing, they said you dont have a copay then the bill arrived to your house, bad personal service, they just one your money
The phlebomotist on duty today was the worst. She has attitude and off putting. She gave attitude to a child. I will be changing providers due to that.
I want to express my appreciation for Asia's professionalism and her excellent draw. As a fellow phlebotomist, I truly recognize her skills. However, I need to address a significant concern regarding my visit to this location for blood work. This was my second time here, and the main young lady who usually draws blood consistently has a frown on her face, which is off-putting.
