Seems a lot of people are involved . It would be a much smoother process if you had 1 contact person . That contact person would also work with the title company as they had more than 1 contact person . From a consumer standpoint it would have been a lot less stressful with one contact person . For doing this process about 95% remote from another state it went smoother than I actually thought it would .
