My counselor, specifically is absolutely fabulous. However, last week an administrator called and left a message the night before my scheduled session, that my counselor had a family emergency and had to cancel. While this was completely understandable, the voice message did not offer a number to call to reschedule, or any further information and when I returned the call 2 minutes after the message was left, the office was closed.
