I had a really frustrating experience at Madison Avenue Oral Surgery & Implant Center with Dr. Moses Datson and his front staff. I went in for a consultation and paid out of pocket for dental scans and reports that I’m still unable to access, and the entire process has been mishandled. After my consultation nearly three months ago, I was told I could pick up my scans in person, but they were mailed to the wrong address, causing delays. A very good experience. I had a bit of a problem finding the location but the experience with the staff was very good, they were very courteous, helpful and courteous. I found out after checking in that my dentist referred me to the wrong place but as I had need for oral surgery I went ahead and had a consultation with them any way. I am very happy with my visit
I had a lot of anxiety when it came to wisdom teeth extractions and Dr. Datson gave me all the information I needed and ensured I was in good hands. He was very patient with me, listened to all of my concerns and had no problem answering all of my questions. The staff were so polite and helpful and helped to calm me as well. To start off. I don't like dentists. I had a bad experience as a kid, so any dental related things always has me nervous. But Dr. Datson? ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The man explained everything thoroughly with the UTMOST care and diligence. He was soooo sweet and nice to me. He removed 3 wisdom teeth in 10 mins. I kid you not! I felt absolutely nothing. Very nice and clean place with amazing doctor Datson and his stuff. Tooth extraction and bone graft went fast and smooth. Highly recommended.
