I guest dosed at this clinic. My trip was very last minute and I was concerned I wouldn’t get it set up in time, but this clinic got it done in less than 24 hours. They were very responsive and called me multiple times to make sure everything was moving forward as expected. I can’t say enough good things about the ease and speed with which they made the process work. If only all clinics worked this efficiently and with this much care for their patients (and I’m not even really one of this clinic’s patients)!!

M here to share my thoughts about my counselor Latisha Lambert, she is the best counselor, friend I have ever had! She truly cares about all of us! We can call on her at anytime we need her or just to talk, she understands us and give the best advise! I remember a time when I had no ride into the clinic and was scared I would mess up my 8 year recovery but she talked me through it and everything was just fine. I have been going to the clinic since July 2011. Up until my current counselor Latisha who I’ve had for the past 9 years or so Ive had several counselors who I never developed trust with. I am someone who needs security and consistency and I found that with Latisha. Through good times in my treatment and bad she supports me and try’s to get to the root of the problem to get past whatever I’m going through. I have been trying to transfer to PAS for 2 weeks now, but still cannot get a single person in that entire clinic to fax my paperwork to them.. My counselor is out for a few weeks, so when I ask to speak to someone else to help me, they then transfer me to someone who never answers, and doesn't call me back either. I've been a patient here for a couple years, and I recently lost my insurance because I make $400 more a month than allowed, which is only $1,600 a month.
