I just watched this facility turn away a woman who comes here every single day faithfully. Someone I personally know depends on this place to stay sober. A lot of us don’t have flexible schedules. Some people only have a short window on their lunch break. I’m one of them. I usually come between 10:00 and 11:30. I’ve seen people walk up right at 11:30 and try to open the door, and I’ve seen staff sit behind the glass and just stare as those people break down crying, knowing they now have to figure out how to not get violentl... read more
I guest dosed at this clinic. My trip was very last minute and I was concerned I wouldn’t get it set up in time, but this clinic got it done in less than 24 hours. They were very responsive and called me multiple times to make sure everything was moving forward as expected. I can’t say enough good things about the ease and speed with which they made the process work. If only all clinics worked this efficiently and with this much care for their patients (and I’m not even really one of this clinic’s patients)!!
The program works if u work it. Lol. No east is great doctors r ok nurses r ok counseling hasn't been good I don't have a counselor at all currently the front office lady Gina is sweet pretty and very approachable they have coffee that's pretty sweet
Gina at the front desk is very warm, welcoming, and always tries to help you with whatever problem you have. My counslor is very compassionate and cares about what I may be going threw. The doctors listen to what I want and the nurses especially ( Fab ) is the best!!
The company has been great with welcoming staff will to train and make you feel like part of a team. The team gives outstanding care to their patients
