M here to share my thoughts about my counselor Latisha Lambert, she is the best counselor, friend I have ever had! She truly cares about all of us! We can call on her at anytime we need her or just to talk, she understands us and give the best advise! I have been going to the clinic since July 2011. Up until my current counselor Latisha who I’ve had for the past 9 years or so Ive had several counselors who I never developed trust with. I am someone who needs security and consistency and I found that with Latisha. Through good times in my treatment and bad she supports me and try’s to get to the root of the problem to get past whatever I’m going through. I have been trying to transfer to PAS for 2 weeks now, but still cannot get a single person in that entire clinic to fax my paperwork to them.. My counselor is out for a few weeks, so when I ask to speak to someone else to help me, they then transfer me to someone who never answers, and doesn't call me back either. I have been going to the clinic for over 11 years. Every single good counselor ( IVE HAD OVER 15) has left because of how corporate treats not only the patients but their own staff.
