RecommendedMPM has been our landlord for almost three years now. They were also our landlord at two previous apartments. They are the best landlord we've ever dealt with. Repairs are always fixed right away, and we've never had any issues go unresolved. The staff is very friendly and easy to deal with.

RecommendedMPM has been a great experience for me. I lived in the Madison area for 5 years, 4 years renting from MPM and I loved working with their team. They were always professional and got back to me quickly. Reading a few reviews here and I feel like something gets missed, MPM does not own many of the properties that they manage. I am a property owner that formerly contracted with MPM to run my properties. I filed a complaint against MPM with the Department of Safety and Professional Services earlier this year. MPM performed work on my properties using unlicensed employees on my properties that included plumbing, electrical and HVAC which resulted in multiple callbacks costing me more money then what a licensed professional would charge and also putting tenants and their belongings at risk. Very poor communication and service- Spoke with a employee named Deaken about move out plans. Was later advised by Ellie Stamm that Deaken was the incorrect person to speak with and that there was no note of the plans. Attempted to call Ellie many times during business hours without being answered. Asked if there were any possible deductions found to the security deposit as I kept my original check in sheet to assist in proving I returned the property in the same condition as I received it, with additional cleaning done. ... read more

Absolutely horrible management company. Unprofessional, unresponsive and bullies work there. They discriminate and apply rules unfairly and unequally. I would never hire them.
