Being a property manager is not an easy task and is very demanding. Property managers balance the needs of the resident with the owner of the property as an investment. Some owners are very proactive (we are) in taking care of our properties ourselves and also being willing to re-invest and let the property manager actually do work beyond our ability. As treasurer of our condo association I have worked primarily with Audrey, the accountant. She has been very responsive and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for anyone better. We have had MPM for approximately 6 years as our condo association manager. We are satisfied with their overall performance.
