Greta service with Maria! Very pleasant experience. My only issue was the leak on the floor. That should have been fixed prior to opening for business. It's very dangerous as customers can slip and Madison Reed would have bigger lawsuit issues should someone hurt themselves!

Ashlyn was AMAZING! She spent her time explaining all my options and is super super sweet. She knows how to do balayage efficiently and is very good with her color theory and making suggestions that would look good with your skin color. My hair feels amazing, bright, and beautiful. She took care of all my concerns and was very quick getting the job done to perfection. Could not be happier!

This is definitely a first!!! Walked in today after making a hasty appointment to make a color change to my hair. After the lady who works the salon asked me a few questions, she seemed to sense that I was making this decision without thinking it through. She assessed my situation and instead of allowing me to make a potentially expensive mistake, told me to think on it longer and come back if I still want the change.

My daughter went today to do her just 3 days before her sisters wedding omg what a horrible experience my Daughter went for medium brown ended up this lady made her hair green. She gave My Daughter very bad attitude. And said it was my daughter's fault because her hair was green. My daughter was there with her one years, old baby and her sister. I visited Madison Reed for an all-over color and blowout, and while the blowout itself was fine, the color service was extremely disappointing. The colorist left noticeable staining all along my hairline, my ears, around my neck. It was not subtle, it looked sloppy and unfinished. This is something that should have been cleaned before I ever left the chair. Instead, I walked out of the salon looking like the service was rushed and incomplete. This is behalf of my mom. Overall, walk out not getting what she wanted. She thought she was paying for permanent hair dye and at the end is when it was revealed that they only carry semi-permanent dyes only. Overall better communication was needed. This was her example of the color she wanted. She did not want as much highlights on the example but still wanted bright color to come out. That is her hair fresh out of the appointment & lightly damp still. Not worth the price paid.

Except for the lady that checked me in, the feel of the place was cold and uncaring. Had a 1:30 appt, wasn't serviced until almost 2:30. 45 minutes turned into over and hour for the coloring process and ended only when I went to find someone to let them know my scalp was stinging. The young lady that rinsed the color out looked at me as if to say didnt you see I was busy. i never saw the lady that did the coloring again.
