This is a brand-new Madison Reed salon right on the Ahwatukee-Chandler border, and it's a fantastic addition to the area. Parking is easy since the salon is located in a shopping center with plenty of available spaces. When I arrived, I was greeted by very friendly staff and even received a product gift as part of their grand opening member special. I went to this MR location in late March. What I wanted and what I got couldn't be more different. It was awful to say the least. I did set up another appointment at the Gilbert location and Helen did the best she could. Bottom line, go to MR for one color. They aren't great with highlights. I will NEVER go back.
