I literally just moved here. I don’t know why this lady Jen works here seriously she is so unprofessional she literally makes is a nightmare to live at Madison woods ALREADY!!!!!!! you call no answer they have new office hours but no one was there when ppl come by. Also maintenance is not a priority here it’s always trash outside its giving lazy. Anonymous because they seem to try to retaliate, but after 8 years of living at that place and moving I’m happy and I can give a honest review . It used to be nice and well managed when marrisa (old apartment manger ) and Gorden (old maintenance guy ) was working here but this place hasn’t had the pool open in for 4 years that they keep advertising that they have open. Honestly, the best place that I’ve rented in Milwaukee that actually has everything you need! Dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all included. The prices are reasonably affordable as well! Thank you to the landlord who is awesome and easy to communicate with! Would recommend checking out!
My experience with Madison Woods has been a great experience. Whenever I have questions or concerns, they are taking care of right away by the kind and knowledgeable individuals at the leasing office. Maintenance always comes the next day when I put in a work order which is great. Maintenance are always kind and respectful of your space also, and very prompt and courteous to you. My experience is great with Madison Woods👍 And they can be great for you too.
I have been a tenant at Madison woods for 13 years, and for 13 years I have been happy here at Madison woods we have a wonderful staff here, they look out very well for your packages and your mail and they hand deliver it to your door if there's big packages. And they are family oriented friendly. In the 13 years that I've been here my family and I have enjoyed many special occasions in the clubhouse they have so much to offer that brings great memories just by being a part of Madison woods complex.
