Honestly, the best place that I’ve rented in Milwaukee that actually has everything you need! Dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all included. The prices are reasonably affordable as well! Thank you to the landlord who is awesome and easy to communicate with! Would recommend checking out!

My experience with Madison Woods has been a great experience. Whenever I have questions or concerns, they are taking care of right away by the kind and knowledgeable individuals at the leasing office. Maintenance always comes the next day when I put in a work order which is great. Maintenance are always kind and respectful of your space also, and very prompt and courteous to you. My experience is great with Madison Woods👍 And they can be great for you too.

I have been a tenant at Madison woods for 13 years, and for 13 years I have been happy here at Madison woods we have a wonderful staff here, they look out very well for your packages and your mail and they hand deliver it to your door if there's big packages. And they are family oriented friendly. In the 13 years that I've been here my family and I have enjoyed many special occasions in the clubhouse they have so much to offer that brings great memories just by being a part of Madison woods complex.

I love my 1 bedroom apartment. Management and Maintenance are wonderful people to work with. Always there when I need them. I think they both deserve a raise. Love living at Madison Woods.

Nice and quiet area to stay. Management and maintenance are nice, professional and care about the tenants. They response in a timely matter and make sure the job is done. The neighbors and even the postal staff welcomed my family when moving in. Thank you Madison Woods for making my move stress-free. :)
