Rose has been a tremendous help with my move yo Kentucky. She helped me navigate my contacts online, and was very patient and understanding. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of a little extra space! Even though moving is hard, Rose made it a little easier. Thank you!
On my first call on this Unit, Angela was very helpful with helping us get in and explain where our lock was.
The representative Jobel was quite helpful and answered my questions and concerns successfully. She checked on a concern and called me back to ensure the task was properly done. But, as a whole, since new ownership has hired a company to manage the business, most phone calls have been difficult. My sister and I simply wanted to transfer name and payment from her to my name, and it took us two months to finally accomplish this.
Angela helped me awesomely today! Absolutely saved me. I needed an extension and she saved me thanks
