This is absolutely the best Dental Practice I have ever had an experience with. From the administrative staff who greet you at the door and help with scheduling and administrative needs in a very timely and professional manner to the dental assistants who are just awesome to Dr. Ruggieri, who is the most caring, compassionate, competent dentist I have ever had. The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. My father and I had an appointment last week where they said they couldn’t take my father because we were late even though we arrived by the time they had written on the card. I switched my appointment with my father so he could get his work done. I decided to reschedule my appointment and the closest slot they had was for MARCH. Shady office. Unprofessional, incompetent and dysfunctional. I was verbally abused by their “hygienist” for asking a question about my oral healthcare, unbelievable! My concerns/complaints were deliberately ignored. Insufficient “faux” cleaning and walked out of there with a brewing abscess which was never addressed by the dentist on that visit. Their dental hygienist should have been “fired” immediately after what transpired that day. Disgraceful human being and that is putting it nicely. An office of “mean girl bullies.”... read more

Dr. Noelle Signoriello is the best !! Dana Cooper the Office Manager is also wonderful. They both have gone above and beyond to help me personally. Dr. S is kind, very articulate, actually explains in detail an overview for a treatment plan as well as clear explanations each visit. She is very easy to work with, makes you feel comfortable, treats her assistants with respect. English is her first language and I personally appreciate that!!! I recently came in for my 6 month recall to see Sheila and Dr. Noelle. As always Sheila was very gentle and left me with a sparkling smile! I needed a filling and Dr. Noelle fit me in her schedule, same day. She was also gentle and the process was quick and painless. The front desk girls were helpful with my questions about my insurance coverage. They recently updated their office and it looks very nice!
