This is the 2nd PC I purchased through them, both custom builds. The first build had a faulty motherboard and wouldn't even boot up. Not even to BIOS. The second build lasted a bit longer. The liquid cooling system went within the first 8 months, then the SSD, followed now by the GPU, and then ultimately now the system will not load even to BIOS. I purchased a Magic Micro Intel I9 about 2 1/2 years ago to power my graphic intensive golf simulator. My Magic Micro has been a work horse with zero down time. I attempted to make some BIOS adjustment and things got a little sideways. Magic Micro Tech Support got me back on track in less than 24hrs. My PC purchase has been one I DO NOT regret. I would rate this company more stars if I could. They sent me a great build of exactly how i wanted. Magic Micro contacted me directly during the assembly of the computer to point out some items that should be added that I did not think about when customizing the rig. Elena was very responsive with concerns I had after I had received my computer. Which they promptly remedied. Great place to do business with! I absolutely love the customer service. I ordered a build without a power supply, and when I got it I could not get it to turn on. So I sent it back to them and they even paid for the shipping. When I got it back everything looked the same, so I didn't think that it was going to work. Well, it didn't. BUT, after double checking my modular power supply I found out that there are 2 plugs on it used to connect the 24 pin motherboard connector to. I plugged that in and she fired right up!!
