I am grateful for the care and support my brother received at Magnolia City Detox. Especially to two specific amazing women, Rebecca- who was the first person we spoke to and helped with his admission and to Tina (Case Manager) who I spoke to regularly during his stay. Honestly this place saved my life. The entire staff from the intake team, the case managers, nurses, and technicians were all vital to my success. I was sick the entire time there but still enjoyed it. Groups were diverse and very knowledgeable, and the people who were also patients were great is well. I never expected such a good vibe. Yeah the food sucked and it was so cold I wore 2 jackets but overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to get better. Good place to go to. Very intimate with a smaller more personalized experience. I personally liked it better than the big rehab campus were you feel like just a number. The staff was nice as hell and very professional. Good food and good drink options. Not like the other places were they only got flavored water and you have to buy your own sodas. A good place to put your trust in. I definitely recommend this place over the big rehab campus. But beware of Ursala, if you get on her bad side she will lie and set you up even try... read more

I recently had a relapse and called so many different facilities. MCD is by far the best facility around. Their admissions process is straight forward and very quick. They provide a great foundation for your recovery, excellent therapists, aftercare options and fundamental tools to use if you are struggling with alcoholism and drug addiction. Love this place, life changing.I have been to many detox and rehabs. I have never before seen or felt staff as caring like they are there. You are treated so respectfully. . Gail and Andy were amazing and always made time to talk, even if you didn’t come to them, they just knew when you needed something. And the music therapist was amazing! The food was good, but mostly it’s the staff, the cleanliness and the follow up calls once you leave are so helpful! I recommend Magnolia Detox Center. They really do care!
