I would give 6 stars if possible. Mag City Staff are extremely caring and understand the life of an addict. Program Director Mark is very level headed and only wants the best for his clients. ALL therapists/counselors are very well trained and knowledgeable. Caylee "case manager" has done everything and beyond to help me in the facility and has set me up with any needs that I had outside of the facility. Nurses are well trained and are there 24/7 if any issues arise. Thank you Mag City Detox!
Amazing treatment center. Mark the project director is a straight shooter and incredibly compassionate. The staff are also incredible: Liz, Trish, Christian, Amanda, Cat, Jona, Justine, are all incredible and make the stay easy. These guys really care about you and your well being. The Therapists are also wonderful. Preston, Kat, and Hannah are excellent at their job and have a lot of knowledge to offer. If I ever need help again I’m coming back here (god willing I never need it).
An amazing place of healing. Staff was great and professional. Everyone from the clinical director to all the techs and nurses are all there to support you. I’m so glad I made the decision to admit myself there for therapy. The huge comfy sectional is a great bonus in the common area to unwind. I’m grateful for Magnolia City Detox.
My stay at magnolia city detox has been an amazing one. Everyone has been so helpful,friendĺy,and they really care. Amanda,Liz, Trish,Caylee,Hannah,Preston,Mark,Megan,and Sara are the best!!!!!
I had a great experience. I learned a lot from the programming in classes, and I made a lot of great friends. I truly enjoyed my time there and felt that was exactly what I needed. My good experiences outweigh anything bad I could possibly say.. I have great therapist , Behavioral technicians and nurses everybody was great.
