Was able to come look at my central heat and air the same day. Was very knowledgeable and told me a ballpark figure. A circuit board on my furance pretty much was burnt/melted, thats what the picture includedin this reviewis of, and he said beforehand he could replace it but wasn't sure if it damaged the motor but if it did what it would cost to fix that part also. Jake is the absolute definition of the honest contractor, and someone I have used for over a year now for my HVAC needs. I recently had an old HVAC unit quit on me, and Jake made it a point to set up an appointment the same day. When diagnosing the issue, Jake was thorough in educating me and showing me exactly what the source issue was. I cannot recommend highly enough. Jake went above and beyond to help. Communication was very clear, very knowledgeable and I ended up learning somethings in the process.

Let me tell you, this guy is a keeper! I have a very close friend that moved out from Indiana to "the Tennessee mountains" a couple of years ago.
