I had like five outlets out and I called Magothy Electric Co. They sent Jay out to help out with my problem. He was on time which was nice. Jay solved my problems in a timely and efficient mannor. He was very respectful and polite as well as professional. He was talking me through all the issues I had and was able to hold a conversation while fixing my outlets. Have used Matheson Electric multiple times for an older, historic home in St. Michael’s. Wiring in the home is quirky at best. Our technician Jay is always prompt, friendly and thinks outside the box to create solutions. 5 stars for service and hospitality!
Polite, pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the what, how and why of each task. He worked diligently the 9+ hours he was here. Cleaned up every bit of drywall mess from drilling, closed the openings in the drywall (in the garage) He installed two bathroom exhaust fans and vented to the outside. He installed a GFI breaker in the kitchen and added a GFI outlet in the garage, installed a new exterior light. Amazing work.
Jay was exceptional. He helped us out with 3 issues. He was professional, courteous, and took his time to diagnose all our problems. I would recommend him and Magothy Electric again in a heartbeat!
