I booked a deep clean for a move in and what I got was a superficial clean. The products were completely inadequate for cleaning and they used a feather duster -not even a swiffer. They had no brushes or sponges with a scrubbing side. The company gave them bottles of their own mixture which contained salt water. They said they were using a strong disinfectant but it doesn’t matter if nothing is clean. The handles on my kitchen cabinets were still full of grease and dried on food. We had the best experience working with Maid Brigade. My daughter was moving into a new apartment in Tarrytown and It needed a deep cleaning that required a professional touch. Several of my friends and neighbors had raved about this company so I decided to give It a try. I highly recommend this service. We moved into our home in Westchester about a year ago but never had a full deep cleaning done. They completed a residential deep cleaning and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Since I was at work, they checked in with both me and my husband who was home at the time, to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything else. I was so nervous about booking a cleaning service. The adjustment to motherhood has been really hard for me, and I’ve been struggling to stay in top of it all. The ladies did such an incredible job on my bathrooms and kitchen, and I have so much more peace of mind now being able to enjoy this space again. It’s reasonably priced and excellent service. Very professional organization. Excellent communication throughout and thoughtful questions that felt very personalized from what they had heard from me. The team were incredible. Silvia, Valeria, and Clara arrived on time, worked really hard and did a very thorough job. I loved hearing their banter with each other, it was kind and joyful and in no way distracted them from the job.
