I chose Maid Brigade to clean my Gilbert AirBnB between renters and was quoted $198, but charged $180 - 3 months and numerous texts later, the difference has not been refunded. Second issue - the renters arrived around midnight and had to do the laundry because the sheets were still in the laundry room and they did not appear to be clean. I received a lower host rating on AirBnB and gave the renters a courtesy day. I was told by Burke that a $50 credit for the inconvenience seemed reasonable but never received the credit.
