Beware: Incomplete estimates; service drawn out to take more time; and terribly unprofessional office manager. I scheduled two deep clean services for "move-in/move-out". The two homes were on complete opposite spectrums of what was needed. One was broom clean, but needed to be deep cleaned after sitting empty for 3 months - the other was filthy. The ladies did excellent cleaning. They then got flooded in our cul de sac. We invited them back in for coffee. They then went beyond expected. They hand cleaned the coffee cups. They then re-mopped the floor where we had all tracked rain in. We were very impressed. They did their best on the worst day!
We have been customers of maid brigade for about 5 years now. They have always provided exceptional service and are more than willing to accommodate you as the customer, even if it’s short notice or on the fly, they will work with you. Both Mileidys and Arely did a wonderful job cleaning my home. Their assistant did a great job helping them as well. They were all very thorough, professional, and respectful during their visit and I was very pleased with the service. 😊
