I called at the last minute for an additional job after my first service provider did not complete all the required tasks. They managed washing towels and sheets and remaking all the beds. The manager was a wonderful communicator sending pictures, texts, and calling with questions along the way. I was so impressed with how they accepted, executed, and completed this job.

I needed a last-minute, same day cleaning after my family and I had just moved into our new home, and they came through without hesitation. From the moment I called, their customer service and professionalism were absolutely exceptional.
We have been customers of maid brigade for about 5 years now. They have always provided exceptional service and are more than willing to accommodate you as the customer, even if it’s short notice or on the fly, they will work with you. Both Mileidys and Arely did a wonderful job cleaning my home. Their assistant did a great job helping them as well. They were all very thorough, professional, and respectful during their visit and I was very pleased with the service. 😊
Beware: Incomplete estimates; service drawn out to take more time; and terribly unprofessional office manager. I scheduled two deep clean services for "move-in/move-out". The two homes were on complete opposite spectrums of what was needed. One was broom clean, but needed to be deep cleaned after sitting empty for 3 months - the other was filthy.
