I have been using Maid Brigade of Lancaster for many years. The girls have given me excellent service with a thorough and meticulous cleaning of both a condo and now my apartment home cottage. I love the fact that Maid Brigade only uses green chemical free products. My home is clean and smells fresh afterwards. They come on time and finish within the time charged which is very reasonable. I have been using them for close to two years. They are always on time and work very efficiently and thoroughly. They are pleasant to deal with and can be flexible if I have a special request. They do not have a "deep" staff so illnesses can impact scheduling, but in those instances they try to work through those to my satisfaction.
I find Maid Brigade staff wonderful to work with. The cleaning staff are personable and cheerful. If I happened to be present when they arrive, I am always greeted by name. I find their services valuable. I would prefer to give a rating of 4.5, because I think it is deserved. I acknowledge that in most things there is always a small measure of room for improvement, but am very happy with the care they give to my home. I also appreciate how quickly the contact staff have responded to questions and needs for rescheduling.
