I find Maid Brigade staff wonderful to work with. The cleaning staff are personable and cheerful. If I happened to be present when they arrive, I am always greeted by name. I find their services valuable. I would prefer to give a rating of 4.5, because I think it is deserved. I acknowledge that in most things there is always a small measure of room for improvement, but am very happy with the care they give to my home. I also appreciate how quickly the contact staff have responded to questions and needs for rescheduling.
I have been using Maid Brigade for over a year and I am very happy with their services. I am a working mom who cares about what chemicals are used in my home. Maid Brigade uses products that are free of irritants and harsh chemicals. I always look forward to cleaning days! Plus, the team is friendly, considerate and they take feedback well. I used Maid Brigade to clean my empty house so that I could put it on the market. After the 1st cleaning, I reviewed what they did and the house was marginally better than before it was cleaned. The hardwood floors were streaked and you would see all the dirt that was still on it. The basement bathroom wasn't even touched. My hands were filled with dirt as I ran it over the "cleaned" counter tops. I could hardly tell that anything was cleaned. Lights and fans were left on. The windows were left unlocked.
