Our wonderful team really makes our home sparkle! They have excellent attention to detail and every room looks so fresh and brand new! We just moved into our new home 1.5 months ago and the ladies have enhanced our experience with their enthusiasm and expert cleaning techniques!!!
The team that came to do the initial “ deep clean” after I moved into my home missed multiple areas. I was on site for this first visit, thank goodness as I had to ask for them to wet mop the bathroom and kitchen floors. To redust a room where there were obvious dust/cobwebs above windows. After they left I found they barely dusted tops of furniture in the bedrooms. And never dusted under the beds. They completely missed a slop sink in the laundry area. Our cleaning ladies are the absolute best!! The house is always in tip top shape, ready to sell (but we're not!) and they're very easy to communicate with. We've been with Maid Brigade for 4 years and they never disappoint!
I have been using this service since moving to RVA eight years ago. The cleaning is always done so professionally and thoroughly. Not one issue! I also love it that they use green products that are safe for my cats. Cats are messy and the main reason I use a service to help me keep up! Update after today’s clean: Wow!
