We LOVE MaidPro Media!! Damian is the BEST cleaner we have ever had!! He has been our preferred cleaner for over a year now, and always does an incredible job. As two full time working parents in the health care field, we are completely exhausted by the time we get home. Every month we look forward to cleaning day, and Damian NEVER disappoints. MaidPro is very professional. I am always happy with my cleaner even if it is not my normal cleaner. I appreciate the detail they take in cleaning my home. I have never had a problem but if I did, I am confident they would address it. I highly recommend
The actual cleaners vary a bit but they generally do a good job. It be nice to not have a different cleaner every time, but I understand that may be difficult to do for various reasons. The real problem I have that I think is quite fixable is that I never know what time they’re going to show up until they knock on the door. Yea they give you a 2 hour window, but it’s often inaccurate. The last few weeks they have actually texted me one time window while the appointment on their website says something completely different. ... read more
