Maid Pro is an excellent company. They are flexible and understanding. Kathy did an incredible job cleaning our home. We appreciate her hard work to give us a clean house.
Kathy at MaidPro is the best! She does an excellence job cleaning our entire house top to bottom. She pays attention to little details and our house looks great whenever she is done, but also she is efficient and it only takes her a few hours. We request her each time we get our house cleaned because she is so great!
The actual cleaners vary a bit but they generally do a good job. It be nice to not have a different cleaner every time, but I understand that may be difficult to do for various reasons. The real problem I have that I think is quite fixable is that I never know what time they’re going to show up until they knock on the door. Yea they give you a 2 hour window, but it’s often inaccurate. MaidPro is very professional. I am always happy with my cleaner even if it is not my normal cleaner. I appreciate the detail they take in cleaning my home. I have never had a problem but if I did, I am confident they would address it. I highly recommend
