I was really excited to make the switch to MaidPro bc that 49 piece check list sounded great and very detailed, which was what I was looking for. However, they didn't do all of the things they said that they would- i/e clean cabinet doors, "polish" bathroom fixtures, dust lampshades, etc. This was a disappointment bc they were more expensive than my current cleaning company, but I thought if I paid more I would get more service- wrong. Maid Pro has exceeded my expectations. I have been a customer for several months and am extremely impressed with the level of service and dedication received. I absolutely love that there is consistency with who cleans my home. Misty is typically providing our service and I could not be more thrilled with her skills! My parents needed a whole house clean, and we contacted Maidpro, who sent out Miss Tammy, who was incredible. 10 stars out to 10! Tammy really did a great job on the house! She was wonderful with my parents and our pets too. Highly recommended!
Misty is friendly, excellent and hard worker and doesvery good work. I would recommend Maid Pro to anyone who needs help around the house.
