MaidPro charges quite a lot so I was expecting a high level of service. In fact, the quality of cleaning service provided was dismally poor and my wife and I are extremely disappointed. The two maids came at different times, which was odd to begin with. The first maid did some cleaning in the bathroom but missed multiple items listed in the MaidPro 49 point checklist. Things she visibly did NOT do included: · Tub and shower tiles scrubbed, disinfected and rinsed · Toilets disinfected insides and out · Towels neatly hung a... read more

This account of this cleaning is not accurate. But, I will start with what is accurate. Our team showed up from two different locations at two different times...this is true. The reason for this is due to this clients lack of urgency in their cleaning needs, called us less then 48 hours before the cleaning needed to be done. So, to accommodate them we did what we could to squeeze them in, letting them know this was the only slot we had left, and only amount of time we had.
