I have never used a cleaning service before, however, in my most current move my roommate did not pull her weight and I knew I needed extra help. MaidPro did a fantastic job, the apartment looked brand new. I do not know how 2 people got all of the work that needed to be done in 3 hours. Edit: I was never contacted by maid pro after my initial online survey and I did not call them. Their response must be confusing someone else. I completed the online satisfaction survey within 24 hours and did not get any response from this company until now. For a $400+ move out cleaning I am very upset with the quality of the clean. There was zero furniture or anything in the rental, yet baseboards were not cleaned, I don’t even think the floors were mopped. Brittiney B. arrived on time and finished the entire job in the allotted time. She was friendly and efficient. She made our oven shine which I thought was an impossibility. Great job!

Fantasia and Lauren always do an amazing job, arrive on time, and leave the house very nice. Always attentive to our needs and great to work with! Highly recommend them and MaidPro.

Kate, did an excellent job cleaning my one-bedroom apartment! From the dusty window blinds and floor rugs to the kitchen and bathroom sinks, as well as the bath tub and shower space, all became clean and spotless. Clearly, she takes pride in her efforts, and I'll be asking for her repeatedly for future cleanings.
