Customer service is excellent. The maids/house cleaners are very thorough and if you have a grievance, the owner Gloria is available to assist in correcting the situation. Highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.
MaidPro has been cleaning our home for a few years and they always go an excellent job. I also love their new website that allows me to easily to manage my appointments.
When I lived in the area, 6 months ago .. I truly enjoyed the service that MaidPro provided for my family and myself . All the staff was very professional and polite .. They left my home smelling awesome and sparkling clean
MaidPro is a good company. Ours pros name is Sandra and she is so detailed and such a nice person! She does a very good job with our home! The only thing I would say is the communication is off with MaidPro HQ. We have had a couple times Sandra was not able to come and it was not communicated with us and there were other pros that came that day in her stead.
MaidPro is the best! I will never go with another cleaning service. The attention to detail and work ethic by the entire team cannot be found anymore. Gloria not only understands how to run a good business, but she truly cares about her customers as people first. And I have to give a big shout out to Yolanda who is amazing. You won’t be disappointed. Call them.
