We hired MaidPro to do a move out clean on our home. When I showed up after they left I could barely tell they'd been there. I could wipe grime off of the counters and baseboards. The kitchen sink was dirty and there were puddles of standing water in 2 of the rooms. They also didn’t clean the walls behind the oven or sink. They don't clean windows at all (even just inside). Hi Arianna, I am sorry you were not happy with the service. I tried reaching out to provide a re-clean, as is our policy. However, you refused the re-clean and even refused to submit payment for the service. Even when your complaints were focused on things no house cleaning service actually does. For example; the windows (that is why there are window cleaning companies) or pulling out the oven to clean the sides (we can not have employees pulling out appliances possibly hooked up to gas lines). Absolutely terrible. I never agreed to a recurring service each month. They charged my account $80 after I gave them notice I did not want to continue. They called asking for feedback and got mad when I still said I did not wish for more cleanings. Told me I agreed to these terms when I 100% did not. They are saying that my studio apt downtown (520 sq ft) costs $150 to clean. What a joke! Do not give them your credit card info.
