We are very happy with the service we've received throughout the years from MaidPro. Our first Pro, Maria, was extremely thorough and we were always happy with her cleanings. She had great attention to detail, for example, we always appreciated how the espresso machine and toaster oven sparkled like new, and how she regularly cleaned our dish drying rack. Very happy with the service provided. Much needed cleaning for us. Mubarak took the extra time to do a spectacular job. Highly recommend. Veronica the quality manager was there when I was checking on the work and she took the time to go over everything. It was a nice touch and gave us peace of mind that we were in good hands. We will definitely be contacting soon for more cleaning work needed coming up.
We've been using MaidPro for every other week cleans since August (so about 9 months). The owner, Alan, is always very easy to communicate with, and the pros are always diligent and professional. I love how they text when they are on their way and how the scheduling attempts to provide continuity with pros. Anahi has been our pro recently and she is PHENOMENAL. She shows amazing attention to detail; the house is always literally sparking when she leaves. We've had Erika in the past, and she does a great job, too!
Lybert is the best! She always makes me feel like she cares about cleaning my home. Everything is always nice and neat. I moved my scheduled cleaning day, just so I could have her as my pro. Great hire!
MaidPro has been assisting for a couple of months and has been great since we changed from another service provider! Crystal does a great job with all the details and is also very patient with our overly friendly pup! We definitely recommend Crystal and MaidPro!
