Jade and Alberta do such an amazing job every time they are assigned to my home. They are quick, thorough, and extremely professional. They've supervised new trainees at my home as well and pass on their professionalism each time. They are so good at what they do and make my biweekly plan well worth the price!
Poor customer service with the actual owner/ person who makes decisions and the cleanings are not consistent. Tried working with them after a few bad cleanings (missed dusting spots, dust globs left on carpet, broken home decor, etc). Took days for a final response from management. Last straw was our cleaning was canceled day of. I’m usually flexible and just asked for a discount when the cleaning was rescheduled. Alberta and Jade did amazing! Our house has never looked better. They did every single thing on the 49 point checklist and were so friendly and warm. We really enjoyed them and hope they come back to Darien again! Our best service by far.
