MaidPro did a great job scheduling my request and within my time frame Thank you Delilah and Donna, everything looked great for us to get our home ready for sale.
Jade and Alberta do such an amazing job every time they are assigned to my home. They are quick, thorough, and extremely professional. They've supervised new trainees at my home as well and pass on their professionalism each time. They are so good at what they do and make my biweekly plan well worth the price!
Cleaning service overpriced for what was done. The ladies Karen and Erika were nice, but I felt they were not prepared for such a large house. We just moved in, had none of our stuff and just wanted a good cleaning before painting and moving our stuff in. They asked us for a broom because apparently they do not have brooms, which was a strange thing to me. A maid service with no brooms. Poor customer service with the actual owner/ person who makes decisions and the cleanings are not consistent. Tried working with them after a few bad cleanings (missed dusting spots, dust globs left on carpet, broken home decor, etc). Took days for a final response from management. Last straw was our cleaning was canceled day of. I’m usually flexible and just asked for a discount when the cleaning was rescheduled.
