I'm leaving 4 stars only due to the management of this company, locally. I had to have a deep clean redone after a disappointing 1st try and some scheduling issues on their part. I was hesitant to have I it redone due to the nature of the business and someone coming into my home. I didn't necessarily trust that policy. However, I was met with unbelievable grace on the part of management and the assurance I needed that it would be done well and up to the standards they represent on their website. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! They were supposed to do a move-out clean for almost $300 for 750sqft apt!! Here's what i was left with!! These photos were taken by my apt manager during a move-out walkthrough... AFTER MaidPro had supposedly cleaned it!! I did NOT pay them obviously!! Their work was horrendous to say the least!! And I ended up losing $300 from my apt deposit to pay to have the apt cleaned AGAIN!! In response to MaidPro's comment... I'm in the process of selling my house and 2 ladies came in and were very thorough and very professional. They made it easy for me to focus on packing and clearing out my house while also restoring that beautiful shine we all know and love when buying a home. Thank you so much ❤️

Did a great job on floors and bathrooms in a newly remodeled home. The kitchen counter tops weren’t even wiped off. And cabinets were suppose to be wiped out and wasn’t done. Yiu told us it took 5 hours but the house is empty. No way it took that long for doing half the work that was suppose to be done.
