I have had this service approximately a year now. They are fantastic. They do a fabulous job with cleaning the home. If I need something extra, they add it to my plan and get it done. So nice to have them follow behind me in cleaning.
I wanted to share that I always request a specific maid pro professional and the company continues to send different people to my home which has been a constant battle. I was called by the maid pro professional to let me know of her arrival that day and with the Maid Pro office being closed that day, we were not able to make changes. With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, I reluctantly allowed her to clean our home. I am very disappointed in service I received. The last 2 times I have used you for cleaning there were 2 people sent to clean. I was very clear on what was needed and that is in writing. When “time was up” I was told in order for the cleaner to stay there would be additional charges. The major of my house was left untouched including the floors.
