Save your money — this company is a scam. I paid $900 for a “deep clean” and got a filthy fridge, unswept floors, cobwebs, and dead bugs left behind. I gave them over a week to resolve this, only to get a rude message and email saying they “see no problem.” At a bare minimum, sweeping should be done — it’s even on their own sheet. Their standards are terrible, and people deserve to know what they’re actually paying for.
I would say 50 percent of what was said was done was not. And it was clear it was not done. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Would have taken me 30-45 minutes to do what they said was a deep clean of 3 people. No way was it a deep clean. My shower curtain still was pulled in the same place. The tub wasn’t even looked at
I may see a spot on the hardwood floors or a dirty fridge door handle, but with folded tp and Kleenex boxes, freshly made beds, and trash taken out (not to mention 6 clean toilets after 5 boys in the house) I'm amazed I can feel like I'm in a hotel in my own home.
