We hired MaidPro for monthly cleanings of our 2-bedroom apartment. On the first visit, they didn’t clean 1 of the bedrooms and after they left and we inquired, they told us it was because the doors were closed to the bedroom. We were home throughout the cleaning on our porch and the team didn’t bother to ask about the bedroom or let us know when they were done. Brittany is hands down the BEST house cleaner I have ever experienced. She is thorough, very detail oriented , and does a fabulous deep clean. Brittany is always on time, kind, and really cares about her work. She never cuts corners, in fact, she goes the extra mile. The house is spotless when she leaves, and I start counting down when she will return! She is friendly, thoughtful, and an extremely hard worker. I cannot recommend Brittany enough!
I've been a client for 5 years and am extremely happy with the consistency, the communication and quality of my MaidPro team (Mildred, Ylara, Grace, Leticia and Brittany). They put up with my three dogs! It’s nice to have a consistent visit and an easy billing system. On top of that, any time I contact MaidPro about adjusting an appointment, they are very responsive. Highly recommend MaidPro.
My MaidPro service has been wonderful each time. The staff cleaning my home are always courteous, friendly, reliable, and attentive. There have been times when I've been working at home during a scheduled cleaning and they're always great about "cleaning around" me, too.
