The project involved removal and replacement of my oil tank from my basement. The techs that performed the work were as pleasant as they were professional in their demeanor and their activities. The final product was professionally installed and solved the issues I was having. I would have these guys back in my home anytime.
We were customers of MainCare a company that supplied our fuel oil and propane, despite their prices being higher than other companies. We were loyal customers. After scheduling the annual furnace tune-up, we experienced an issue 10 days later when I woke up to smoke and a burnt oily smell. I closed on a house with an in ground oil tank. The tank was inspected as part of the mortgage process. Main Care also wanted to inspect the tank before delivering to it. They performed their inspection and then did not contact me about my account status. I called to follow up multiple times a day that week because the house was running out of fuel oil. I give RJ 5++ stars. Main Care only 3. Sunday our furnace went out and called for service just before 1pm. At 2am after speaking several times I was told they could not come till Monday morning. Michael showed up and was totally clueless. On the phone asking for help and told we needed a high limit sensor and had to find and order. Tuesday another tech arrived with what they thought would work. It did not they needed to wait for the correct part. Tuesday we got a heavy snow storm and no delivery. Recently we had a new boiler/heater installed due to the failure of our 1996 unit. The main financial office was helpful and the installers did a tremendous job by not leaving us without heat for the night. I highly recommend Main-Care Energy
