Main Care has provided me with top quality, prompt serve since 1972. My recent hot water tank replacement followed this trend. Thanks to Bill, his coworker, and Joshua for another job well done.
From the initial sales contact to the finished two-day install, everything worked smoothly. Thanks to Gary Lenhardt for his clear explanations and unpressured salesmanship. Special thanks to Dave Marek for his expertise in implementing a perfect technical install. Dave went above and beyond to ensure the system was working properly including returning to our home after I inadvertently switched off the system at the end of day one. Price was fair and personnel were good folks.
The project involved removal and replacement of my oil tank from my basement. The techs that performed the work were as pleasant as they were professional in their demeanor and their activities. The final product was professionally installed and solved the issues I was having. I would have these guys back in my home anytime.
Excellent service! I’ve been having problems with my propane stove, apparently having nothing to do with this propane, but Main Care has 24 hour customer service. Everyone is friendly and polite. They show up when they say they will, are great to work with, and explain what’s going on.
Been using Main Care for decades, but the service department is a shell of it's former self. Been waiting 2 months for a wall furnace replacement. Ordered the wrong unit, sent an unprofessional tech that was unable to do the work, multiple cancellations, and lack of communication on rescheduling. I have not had heat for 2 months of sub freezing temperatures. I will be severing our relationship as soon as this is resolved.
