Recently we had a new boiler/heater installed due to the failure of our 1996 unit. The main financial office was helpful and the installers did a tremendous job by not leaving us without heat for the night. I highly recommend Main-Care Energy
The install of a new boiler was smooth. The installation is an esthetic masterpiece (the copper pipes are beautiful) and the more modern boiler and individual pumps on each zone (from one pump and all valves) is working well. The system doesn’t need an external thermostat and has a zone for water. I now trust them to maintain the system which is up to date. This is before the cover was on the zone controls.
Over three days, over a weekend, on one of the colderst weekends just before Christmas I was without heat. Over these three days I had either telephone contact or had technicians working on my system systematically trying to figure out the problem. We called Main-Care when we recognized that our oil burner was leaking. They promptly sent a technician who diagnosed the problem correctly - there was a large crack in the boiler and we needed a new system. Within about 4 days they replaced our old inefficient system with a new one. Each technician and office staff we dealt with was friendly, courteous and accommodating as we asked a million questions. The cost, although substantial, actually came in at less than the estimate. We are very pleased!
Randy H. came to look at an issue with my oil burner. He did a thorough inspection, isolated the issue, and resolved it all in a half hour. He also gave me some useful information about my propane tanks as well. Friendly, professional, and helpful.
